Finding your Plan Name
For members with an Arkansas Blue Cross or BlueAdvantage plan, your plan name will be shown in the bottom right of your ID card – see the examples below. Select your plan name from the drop-down list on the search page, below "All Plans."
If you don’t have your ID card, you can access it online by signing into Blueprint Portal, selecting your dental plan, and on the next page clicking on the second icon in the left menu.
